Our Service
Our service is limited to facilitating the payment of the SEVIS I-901 fee on your behalf. We require you to provide accurate information and a copy of your Form I-20 or DS-2019 for verification purposes. We are not responsible for the outcome of your visa application or any issues arising from incorrect information provided by you.
Refund Policy
The SEVIS I-901 fee itself is non-refundable as per the policy of the U.S. government. Our service fee is also non-refundable once we have made the payment on your behalf. If you wish to cancel your request before we have processed the payment, please contact our support team immediately. We cannot guarantee a refund if the payment process has already been initiated.

In no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, visa denial, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
